I see our relationship as an important aspect of the therapeutic process. When I first meet you I focus primarily on understanding your needs and if I am someone you can relate to
and communicate with.

Therapy can be challenging and I believe it is important to work on building mutual trust
between us, working with respect and integrity in a holding and confidential environment in a supportive and collaborative way, to help facilitate growth and change.

As a fully qualified Psychotherapist, I offer both long and short term therapy to individuals and groups and work with a wide range of psychological, emotional and relational problems.

I also offer clinical supervision to individuals and groups.

My work is supervised by a UKCP registered pscyhotherapist. I am a member of the following organisations and adhere to their ethical frameworks:
